Summary

Account Manager at CDW supporting customers with technology solutions through inbound and outbound sales calls while delivering exceptional service in Toronto. The role is fundamental to providing customers a 'one stop shop' for all their technology needs.

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer sales and support calls, resolve inquiries using CDW tools and product knowledge, process orders and provide order status updates, and meet or exceed assigned sales quotas. Identify upsell opportunities, manage personal quote pipeline, support outbound vendor campaigns, and maintain positive relationships with internal departments.
Skills & Tools: Excellent verbal communication with strong vocabulary and articulation, basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office experience preferred, demonstrated organizational and time management abilities with multitasking capability. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, persistence, positive attitude, self-motivation, and collaborative interpersonal skills are essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, college diploma, or equivalent work experience required; 1 year of CDW sales experience or relevant sales background preferred. Must demonstrate ability to work individually and as part of a team in a structured environment.
Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Compensation: $50,000 / annually
