Summary
AI Platform Administrator supporting daily operations, maintenance, and optimization of advanced AI platforms including Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and OpenAI ChatGPT Enterprise. Ideal for early-career professionals gaining hands-on experience in AI technologies and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor AI platform health and performance, deploy and configure AI software/services, provide technical support to users, implement security protocols, and collaborate with tech teams on integrations. Document configurations, troubleshoot issues, and stay current with emerging AI technologies.
Skills & Tools: Strong problem-solving and communication abilities, familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, OpenAI Enterprise), basic system administration, quick learning ability, and understanding of AI/ML concepts. Attention to detail and commitment to documentation required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR 4 years of relevant experience with AI software deployment and configuration. Understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools preferred.
Location: United States with potential off-hour work and on-call responsibilities
Compensation: $86,000 – $119,600 / annually
