Summary

Vice President of Partner Success at Curriculum Associates will transform the customer success organization, drive productivity and engagement metrics, and develop leadership while building cross-functional partnerships. The role focuses on evolving Partner Success from a support function to a strategic, value-driven organization serving K-12 educational districts.

Key Responsibilities: Execute departmental strategy, lead the transformation to proactive customer engagement, drive operational efficiency through automation, and create repeatable processes that deliver strong customer experiences. Guide regional leaders, invest in team development, build cross-functional partnerships with Sales and Product teams, and leverage data to drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Tools: Demonstrated values-based team leadership, strong hiring and retention track record with diverse teams, inclusive interpersonal and business partnership skills with ability to build trust and influence across the organization. Requires curiosity, relentless drive for improvement, ability to navigate fast-paced environments, and focus on customer satisfaction and equity.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include experience in K-12 education, proven track record in customer success leadership, and understanding of adult learning principles. Requires demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams and building collaborative relationships across functional areas.
Location: Massachusetts
Compensation: $127Kโ€“$234K/yr
