Summary

Senior Account Executive role focused on driving revenue growth by supporting music retailers and studios in adopting the FONS platform. You will build authentic relationships and guide clients through their transition to FONS for improved studio management and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain prospect relationships through outbound sales strategies, manage the full sales cycle from engagement to closing, and provide accurate pipeline visibility. Educate clients on products, handle objections, attend trade shows, and collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.
Skills & Tools: 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience with strong negotiation and communication abilities. Proficiency in problem-solving, organization, and CRM tools with a growth mindset.
Qualifications: Familiarity with FONS or MakeMusic platforms and experience in music retail preferred. Must demonstrate ability to identify client needs, influence decision-makers, and convert relationships into paying customers.
Location: USA-based position with up to 60% travel required
Compensation: $80,317 – $133,861 / annually
