Summary
As a Senior Account Executive for FONS at Peaksware, you will drive outbound sales to music retailers and studios, helping them adopt the FONS platform to manage their operations more effectively. This role focuses on accelerating revenue growth through building authentic customer relationships and closing deals across the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities: Initiate and maintain prospect contact through multiple channels, execute comprehensive sales strategy by managing inbound leads and driving targeted outbound outreach, and educate prospects on FONS products while handling objections and demonstrating value. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while meeting sales quotas and maintaining pipeline visibility.
Skills & Tools: 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience with strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities; must have a growth mindset and ability to build authentic human connections. Preferred skills include knowledge of music retail/studio operations and familiarity with FONS, MakeMusic, and Alfred products.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience required; experience in music retail or studios and familiarity with CRM tools are preferred. Knowledge of FONS, MakeMusic, and Alfred products is advantageous.
Location: Colorado-based with up to 60% travel required for customer events and training.
Compensation: $80,317 – $133,861 / annually
