Summary

Deliver dynamic 45–60 minute presentations to inspire K-12 district and state adoption decisions for Kiddom's Math and ELA programs. This role blends instructional expertise, storytelling, and sales alignment to position Kiddom as a transformative partner in teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging presentations tailored to diverse audiences (curriculum reviewers to superintendents), collaborate with Sales and Product teams on messaging and strategy, and prepare customized materials including slide decks and live demonstrations. Maintain awareness of state adoption criteria, participate in refinement sessions, and support follow-up activities like Q&As and virtual walkthroughs.

Skills & Tools: Proven presentation and facilitation skills for adult learners in virtual and in-person settings, strong knowledge of K-12 instructional practices and edtech tools, proficiency with webinar platforms and collaboration technology, and flexibility to deliver on varied schedules including evenings/weekends.

Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in education, professional learning facilitation, instructional design, or related fields with a Bachelor's degree in education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
