Summary
Lead the Microsoft Practice at CDW by managing a team of Software Solutions Advisors and driving the sale of complex enterprise software solutions. This role focuses on building team capabilities, developing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring strong presales support across assigned geographies.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of Software Solutions Advisors through regular performance check-ins, coaching, and professional development while setting clear expectations and accountability. Support sales cycles by providing technical expertise, enhancing proposals and presentations, monitoring presales activities, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive deal velocity and customer success.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership and coaching abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Deep understanding of presales processes, solution development, customer engagement strategies, and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and implement best practices.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise-class technical solutions (or 11+ years equivalent experience) plus 1+ year in a team lead, technical mentorship, or management role. Demonstrated ability to coach technical professionals and stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Location: Hybrid in Vernon Hills, Illinois, United States
Compensation: $121,450 – $170,010 / annually
