Summary
Dynamic Account Manager role leading Small Business Sales at CDW, focused on acquiring new small business clients and ensuring seamless onboarding before transitioning accounts to the Customer Success team.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and negotiation abilities, B2B sales expertise, proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation platforms, understanding of small business operations and challenges, and ability to simplify complex solutions for non-technical audiences.
Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years in B2B sales or business development with proven success in new customer acquisition, preferably in the small business segment, and experience working cross-functionally with onboarding and success teams.
