Summary
Join CDW as a Network & Security Administrator to manage and troubleshoot network technologies in a Managed Services environment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role operates at the cutting edge of innovation, supporting a variety of network technologies including Next-Generation Firewalls, SD-WAN, and cloud-based solutions.
Skills & Tools: Advanced troubleshooting abilities with hands-on experience in firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco), load balancers (F5 LTM/GTM/ASM), routers, and switches. Strong foundational knowledge of TCP/IP, network fundamentals, security technologies (IPSec/SSL VPN, IDS/IPS, WAF), and familiarity with ticketing and monitoring systems.
Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of infrastructure support and networking experience with a focus on customer service and technical assistance. Preferred qualifications include bilingual English/French capability and experience with Linux and cloud environments.
Location: Hybrid in Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Compensation: $73,000 – $101,000 / annually
