Summary
Lead enterprise client engagements to architect and implement comprehensive Microsoft Security, Identity, and Collaboration solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premises environments. This role combines advisory, architecture, and technical delivery responsibilities for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities: Lead client engagements, conduct workshops, and manage full project lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Defender XDR, Purview, Teams Voice, Sentinel, and Active Directory solutions. Act as trusted technical advisor, primary customer contact for escalations, and contribute to internal best practices and standardized service offerings.
Skills & Tools: Deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Defender XDR, Purview (Information Protection & Compliance), Teams Phone, Microsoft Sentinel (KQL, analytics rules, playbooks), and Active Directory/Hybrid Identity with Entra ID and Conditional Access. Strong communication, organizational, and client management skills with ability to define security and compliance strategies aligned to industry frameworks.
Qualifications: 5+ years of consulting experience in Microsoft Cloud Security, Identity, or Modern Workplace with relevant Microsoft certifications required. Bilingual French language capability is an asset.
Location: Hybrid in Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Compensation: $113,000 – $157,800 / annually
