Summary
Remote FP&A Business Manager role at Cengage Group providing strategic financial leadership across multiple teams in Global Operations. The position focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to influence senior leaders and support strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Manage budgeting, forecasting, headcount management, and financial reporting for five teams; serve as a trusted finance partner to senior executives conducting ad hoc analyses and incorporating non-financial metrics into planning.
Skills & Tools: Strong analytical and financial analysis skills with proficiency in MS Excel, reporting software, and ERP systems like SAP. Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills with ability to collaborate professionally across organizational levels.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance or Accounting required. 5+ years of proven FP&A expertise required.
Location: Remote from Ohio, United States
Compensation: $88,600 – $115,200 / annually
