Summary
The HR PMO Lead oversees project management for HR transformation initiatives at CDW, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering measurable outcomes. This role provides governance, structure, and coordination across multiple strategic change programs within the HR function.
Skills & Tools: Proven project management and financial oversight capabilities, proficiency in data visualization and project tracking tools, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive organizational change within HR domain.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of project management experience, or 9+ years total project management experience preferably in HR transformation. PMP certification and familiarity with Workday or similar tools are preferred.
Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States (on-site, no remote work indicated)
Compensation: $111,000 – $154,200 / annually
