Summary
CDW seeks an Account Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support for technology products through inbound and outbound calls. The role focuses on providing a 'one stop shop' for customers' technology needs while meeting sales quotas and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Skills & Tools: Excellent verbal communication skills, basic computer skills (Microsoft preferred), strong organizational and time management abilities, and problem-solving capabilities. Must demonstrate persistence, self-motivation, a positive collaborative approach, and the ability to multi-task in a structured environment.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have 1 year of call center experience and 1 year of sales experience with a strong interest in sales.
Location: Hybrid in Chicago, Illinois, United States
Compensation: $45,000 – $65,000 / annually
