Summary
Senior Benefits Specialist responsible for overseeing employee benefit plans, enhancing processes, and delivering exceptional service to associates while ensuring compliance with regulations. This role is critical for managing benefits administration and supporting employee wellness initiatives.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years of benefits experience with knowledge of employee benefits regulations and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Strong communication, detail-oriented, problem-solving abilities, and service-oriented attitude required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required. Minimum 5+ years of benefits administration experience.
Location: Hybrid in Boston, Massachusetts; also available remotely or in Washington, DC
Compensation: $72,000 – $82,000 / annually
