Role Overview As Training Manager, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training and support programs across service and administrative teams. You will partner with local markets, functional leaders, and business stakeholders to identify capability gaps, build practical learning resources, and support the rollout of new tools, systems, and process changes. What will you do? Lead the development and delivery of training and support programs for service and administrative support teams. Assess training needs, identify capability gaps, and implement support strategies that improve performance. Develop and maintain training materials, curricula, job aids, process documentation, best practices, and communication materials. Partner with local markets, business leaders, and functional teams to align training priorities with operational objectives and customer needs. Support the adoption of new tools, systems, and process changes across local market teams. Monitor training effectiveness, support trends, and key operational indicators, then use findings to improve programs. Help ensure training activities align with company policies, internal controls, operational procedures, and audit readiness expectations. Provide coaching and direction that strengthens execution, consistency, and performance across the teams you support. How will you do it? Own outcomes with accountability, safety, and integrity by making sure training content, delivery, and support materials are accurate, practical, and aligned with company expectations. Stay close to the work by partnering with local teams to understand real challenges, remove barriers to adoption, and focus on what will make the biggest difference. Improve every day by using feedback, performance data, and root-cause thinking to refine curricula, communications, and support resources. Win as one team by collaborating across markets, functions, and business leaders to deliver consistent results and share effective practices. Use a clear, hands-on approach that helps people apply learning quickly in the field and in support operations. What are we looking for? Experience in training, learning and development, field operations enablement, or program management. Experience designing, delivering, and maintaining training programs, curricula, job aids, and support materials. Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder partnership skills. Ability to assess learning needs and translate performance data into practical action plans. Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and structured documentation. Understanding of internal controls, audit readiness, and process discipline. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Nice to Have Experience supporting service operations, HVAC, or other technical field teams. Experience with rollouts of new tools, systems, or process changes.
