Role Snapshot

Design, develop, and maintain impactful training solutions for skilled trades in Advanced Manufacturing by translating complex engineering systems into structured learning modules. This role requires a technical translator who can deconstruct industrial systems and rebuild them into high-quality, interactive educational content.

Key Responsibilities: Create interactive digital learning modules using Articulate 360 and Google Workspace, develop comprehensive technical documentation and lab exercises, and maintain curriculum through continuous improvement and version control. Provide instructor enablement support and assist with program materials and technical marketing.

Skills & Tools: Strong expertise in electrical, instrumentation, PLC/controls, and industrial mechanical systems with proficiency in Articulate 360, Google Workspace, and Canvas LMS. Excellent instructional design, technical writing, and communication skills with ability to create visual aids, multimedia content, and performance-based assessments.

Qualifications: Professional certifications in maintenance disciplines and experience with technical training development or curriculum design preferred. Familiarity with virtual labs, competency-based education frameworks, and advanced manufacturing environments is advantageous.

Compensation: $65K–$95K/yr (estimated)
