Role Snapshot
Regional Sales Manager for an AI-powered K-3 literacy tutoring platform seeking a competitive 'hunter' to expand business and build relationships with K-12 district leadership in South Texas. This individual contributor role drives new business development and expansions in the territory.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with K-12 district leadership and superintendents to drive new business and territory expansion. Engage in customer-facing sales activities with a focus on capturing new business opportunities and managing account growth.
Skills & Tools: Proven sales abilities in EdTech with strong relationship management and competitive mindset. Experience with K-12 sales, SaaS sales cycles, and comfort building relationships with district leadership and educators.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least 2+ years of experience in EdTech SaaS sales with consistent goal achievement. Preferred experience in education administration, start-up environments, or selling supplemental resources to K-12 districts.
Location: South Texas
Compensation: $120Kβ$130K/yr
