Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive sales growth strategies, identify regional expansion opportunities, and build trusted partnerships with school administrators and decision-makers. Monitor partnership health and performance metrics, deliver presentations to stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing, product development, and operations.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years K-12 sales experience, exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities, CRM proficiency, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities with ability to stay current on K-12 education trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in K-12 education sector sales with demonstrated track record of exceeding growth targets. Commitment to empowering learners and deep knowledge of Tennessee's educational landscape preferred.
Location: Tennessee
Compensation: $90K–$130K/yr
