Summary

Content Specialist responsible for developing Engineering & Architecture content for educational products at Kaplan, leveraging AI tools and workflows to enhance educational materials. This role involves managing subject matter experts, implementing AI-driven processes, and ensuring quality and schedule adherence across projects.

Key Responsibilities: Acquire and review engineering/architecture content for quality and accuracy, architect AI-supported workflows using tools like Google Gemini, and develop quality guidelines. Source and manage subject matter experts, oversee their deliverables, lead end-to-end project execution with budget and schedule management, and provide transparent status updates to stakeholders.

Skills & Tools: Strong communication and project management abilities with expertise in content development and AI/automation technologies. Critical reasoning skills, ability to work cross-functionally with subject matter experts, and proficiency with AI tools (Google Gemini, Notebook LM) and low-code applications (AppSheet).

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields with 2+ years of experience in content development and project management. Knowledge of AI tools is preferred.

Location: Fully remote position available nationwide in the USA, with remote work from Florida

Compensation: $64,819 – $162,047 / annually
