Summary

Content Producer for Securities at Kaplan responsible for managing and maintaining educational content across multiple formats to ensure accuracy and consistency. The role supports the development of securities training materials including online courses, textbooks, videos, and digital products.

Key Responsibilities: Partner with content managers and subject-matter experts to create, review, and maintain course curriculum while ensuring accuracy through content governance processes. Manage content within systems like Oxygen and Alfresco, update materials for multiple delivery platforms, support course builds, and troubleshoot content issues in a deadline-driven environment.

Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, experience with content management systems, and familiarity with DITA or XML preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills required.

Qualifications: Associate degree in English, journalism, communications, or related field OR 3+ years of equivalent professional experience. 2+ years in publishing or content development with project management experience preferred.

Location: Remote from Florida, United States of America (Remote/Nationwide)

Compensation: $31,200 – $78,647 / annually
