Role Snapshot

Lead the development and performance of Docebo's BDR team as Manager of Business Development (Enterprise), focusing on hiring, training, and operational efficiency to drive new business growth in an AI-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee professional development of BDRs through coaching, 1:1 meetings, and co-selling; track team performance metrics and communicate weekly goals; identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
Skills & Tools: Proven track record in business development with strategic thinking, strong leadership abilities, data-driven decision making, and excellent team motivation skills.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience as an SDR or BDR in a sales organization, with preference for experience in fast-growing SaaS startups and familiarity with Salesforce.
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Compensation: CA$90K–CA$130K/yr
