Job Description

Children learn and grow better when their environments are designed with them in mind — and that's exactly where you come in. As a Regional Sales Manager, Healthcare, you'll build lasting relationships with children's hospitals, ABA providers, and special-care facilities across your region, helping their teams create spaces where children can thrive. You'll bring Lakeshore's expertise directly to the healthcare leaders and administrators who shape those environments every day. If you love owning a region, opening doors, and making a real difference for children and families, this role was built for you.

A day on the job looks like this:

  • Manage and grow a region by identifying new opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and consistently hitting revenue goals across children's hospitals, ABA facilities, and special-care centers.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans in partnership with sales leadership, using market insights and customer feedback to refine your approach and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Build trusted relationships with healthcare administrators, organizational leaders, and clinical decision-makers — positioning Lakeshore as the go-to partner for age-appropriate, safe learning environments.
  • Collaborate closely with inside sales, marketing, and the Professional Services Group to align messaging, sharpen collateral, and deliver a seamless experience for healthcare customers.
  • Stay current on local, state, and national trends in autism services, ABA reimbursement, and pediatric healthcare funding — and translate that knowledge into smarter conversations with prospects and customers.
  • Represent Lakeshore at regional and national healthcare conferences, building brand visibility and sourcing new leads within your market.
