Key Responsibilities: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiting managers, recruiters, and sourcers across multiple business functions globally. Partner with VP and C-suite leaders to understand business needs, develop long-term recruiting strategies, scale team structures for efficiency, and build best practices while driving complex change initiatives.

Skills & Tools: 10+ years of recruiting experience in competitive environments with 6+ years of people management experience, including direct experience managing leaders. Demonstrated expertise in partnering with executive stakeholders across Sales/GTM, G&A, Legal and other business functions, with a deep passion for diversity, belonging, and inclusion.

Qualifications: 10+ years of recruiting experience with at least 6+ years of people management experience and demonstrated ability to build and scale recruiting functions in hyper-growth environments. Experience partnering with Sales/GTM, G&A, Legal and other business leaders to create and drive recruiting strategies.
