About us

Cyber Skyline builds hands-on cybersecurity challenges that are used for skills development and measurement. We are frequently used as a supplemental lab component for classes and serve over 10,000 students per year. Most of our existing growth has come from self-service sales to individual educators. We're now looking to expand from individual class purchases to larger contracts with high schools and colleges.


The role

We are looking for someone to own our sales process and build our sales playbook. Our existing team handles lead qualification, product education, and onboarding. We are looking for assistance with lead generation and deal closing. As the process matures, you may hire and lead additional sales staff.


Compensation: $120K - $140K base, $200K - $250k OTE, with 1 year ramp


You will:

  • Design and document a repeatable sales process for high school and college accounts

  • Generate leads through outbound outreach, conferences, partnerships, and our existing educator user base

  • Run end-to-end deals with teachers and program/department chairs

  • Navigate the school procurement process, including managing budget cycles and RFPs

  • Select and set up a CRM platform to fit the sales process

  • Work with leadership to determine contract terms and discounting

  • Travel 10 - 20%, including to conferences and company events across the US


Who you are:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years selling to high schools, colleges, or school districts

  • A track record of closing institutional deals with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders

  • Self-directed and comfortable working remotely

  • Experienced in building a sales process or pipeline from scratch
