Skills & Tools: Exceptional analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work with complex data and advanced analytics. Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
Qualifications: 5–7 years of experience in growth strategy, management consulting, or high-growth tech companies. Bachelor's degree implied; strong data modeling and strategic thinking capabilities required.

About the Role

This role will lead the development of Epic Kids Inc.’s long-term growth strategy, with a primary focus on expanding and scaling our U.S. market presence. You will leverage data, market insights, and advanced analytics to evaluate customer economics and identify high-impact growth opportunities. Partnering closely with leadership, you’ll translate complex analysis into clear strategic recommendations that guide key business decisions.

Experience: 5–7 Years

Bilingual Required: Yes (Mandarin & English)

  • The Role: You will be the architect of our expansion. Your job is to look at the big picture—data, market trends, and internal metrics—to tell us where to place our next big bets.
  • Key Responsibilities:
