About the Role
As the Principal ELA (English Language Arts) Product Expert, you will lead the end-to-end creation of Epic Kids Inc.’s English Language Arts product, taking it from concept to launch. Serving as the subject matter authority, you’ll define the curriculum vision and ensure all content is pedagogically rigorous, engaging for kids, and aligned with U.S. educational standards. You’ll work closely with cross-functional product teams to seamlessly integrate ELA into our global learning platform and set the foundation for long-term impact at scale.
Experience: 7+ Years
- The Role: You will lead the "0-1" build-out of our English Language Arts (ELA) product. You are the subject matter expert who ensures our educational content is world-class and pedagogically sound.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the vision and development of the ELA curriculum from scratch.
- Ensure the product meets US educational standards while remaining engaging for kids.
- Collaborate with the broader product team to integrate ELA content into the global platform.
- Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in ELA curriculum design or EdTech product leadership.
- Proven experience taking an educational product from concept to launch (0-1).
- Deep expertise in K-12 English Language Arts.
Compensation: Total compensation ranges from $150,000 to $190,000 annually (including base salary and performance-based bonus), flexible depending on experience and fit.
