Summary

Amplify Education seeks a Senior Account Executive to drive K-12 educational product sales through consultative selling and relationship building with school districts. This role involves achieving revenue targets while serving as a product specialist and regional business development leader.

Key Responsibilities: Develop expertise in Amplify's curriculum and assessment products, conduct consultative sales meetings to identify customer needs, achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets, and build relationships with key stakeholders including superintendents and curriculum directors. Manage territory pipeline, prospect for new business, execute regional campaigns, mentor junior account executives, and collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing teams.

Skills & Tools: Excellent communication and consultative selling abilities with 6+ years of proven K-12 sales experience. In-depth knowledge of the education sector, particularly in ELA, math, and science, along with ability to work in fast-paced environments and strong motivation to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with demonstrated experience successfully selling print and digitally delivered instructional products in the K-12 sector. Willingness to commit to heavy travel schedule of 60-70% and ability to work remotely from Texas.

Compensation: $90K–$100K/yr
