Role Snapshot

Contract HR Recruiter supporting full-cycle recruiting for K-12 schools across multiple departments. Role focuses on high-volume hiring while leveraging modern recruiting tools and AI technologies to enhance effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and AI tools. Conduct interviews, coordinate processes, maintain ATS records, and track recruiting metrics while managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Skills & Tools: Strong sourcing expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and strong organizational skills to handle high requisition volumes. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in modern recruiting tools including AI-enabled technologies.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings. Preference for experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments and experience with global or multi-state hiring.

Compensation: $70K–$100K/yr
