Summary

Executive Assistant to support senior leadership (Vice President level) at Western Governors University, serving as a critical liaison for administrative functions and representing the university to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Manage executive calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, prepare meeting materials, facilitate communication between leadership and stakeholders, and oversee daily office operations including event planning and document management.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications: Minimum of an Associate's Degree and 4 years of related experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior leadership.
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Compensation: $66Kโ€“$100K/yr
