Compensation: $73900 - $110900 / Annually

Sophia is seeking a Manager of Go to Market Operations to support Marketing, Sales, and Partner Success. This role will play a critical part in team enablement and processes, oversee conferences, and manage cross-functional projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Oversee Sales and Partner Success enablement; consulting with team members to build processes and playbooks to streamline the way we work
- Provide training and support to Sales and Partner Success teams on new product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop a conference strategy and manage the execution of all conferences (e.g. participant coordination, lead lists, ordering of materials & assets, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of conference activities including presentations
- Manage cross-functional projects to coordinate product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for go-to-market activities.
- Manage a direct report, the Operations Associate, by providing guidance, feedback, and support for their professional development.
- Manage marketing claims and legal review
