Summary

Manage the end-to-end commission payout process at Brightwheel, a fully remote early education technology company. Ensure accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in commission calculations and compensation analysis.

Key Responsibilities: Calculate, validate, and reconcile monthly and quarterly commission payments across Salesforce and payroll systems while maintaining documentation and dashboards. Serve as the primary contact for commission inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and support ad hoc compensation analysis and automation improvements.
Skills & Tools: Advanced Excel proficiency, working knowledge of SQL, experience with AI tools for efficiency, and strong communication abilities. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments.
Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in commissions, sales operations, compensation, or financial analysis with proven accuracy in recurring, deadline-driven processes. Experience with Salesforce reporting and HRIS tools like Rippling is a plus.
Location: Remote (US Only)
Compensation: $82,000 – $142,000/year
