Summary

Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Brightwheel will lead the strategy and execution of lifecycle programs to enhance customer engagement and value across the early childhood education platform. This role involves managing full-funnel marketing journeys, leading a team of marketers, and driving measurable business impact through data-driven personalization.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and own full-funnel lifecycle strategies across lead nurture through retention and expansion; design and optimize cross-channel automated journeys via email, in-app, SMS, and push; drive segmentation and personalization strategies; manage and mentor two direct reports; measure and optimize performance against key KPIs.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing with proficiency in marketing automation tools; strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities; excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and lead high-performing teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience including team management; background in high-growth SaaS or subscription-based business preferred; passion for early childhood education is valued.

Compensation: $98K–$150K/yr
