Account Executive for Small Accounts at HMH, a learning technology company, focused on driving student success through innovative edtech solutions in Wisconsin and Michigan territories.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities, manage complex sales deals, develop account plans, maintain customer relationships, and track sales performance against KPIs. Act as a trusted advisor to educators and school administrators while maintaining accurate SFDC data and collaborating with internal teams.
Skills & Tools: Required: Edtech sales experience, consultative selling expertise, complex deal management, and strong online consultation and presentation skills. Preferred: K12 teaching experience and proven consultative sales process knowledge.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required; edtech sales experience required; K12 teaching experience preferred.
Location: Wisconsin, Michigan
Compensation: $50Kβ$53K/yr
