Are you passionate about building management and business talent through hands-on, real-world training? We're looking for a Management Trainer to join our team onsite in Dubai, supporting a large-scale training program for one of Infopro Learning's top clients in the region.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver structured lesson plans, teaching aids, and learning resources aligned with approved curricula and programme outcomes, across face-to-face, online, and blended formats.

  • Deliver Management, Business Administration, Workplace Skills, and Professional Development training, using workplace examples, case studies, and hands-on activities to reinforce learning.

  • Apply differentiated instruction, adapting pacing, task complexity, and support to meet the needs of learners at different levels within the same group.

  • Customise materials and activities to learner level, occupational requirements, and the transition from classroom to workplace-based training.

  • Conduct diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments, mark results, and provide timely, constructive feedback.

  • Prepare learner performance reports and maintain accurate records to support programme reviews, audits, and accreditation.
