Role Snapshot
Lead proposal development and sales intelligence functions as Sr. Manager, RFP & Sales Intelligence at HopSkipDrive, managing a team of three RFP analysts and overseeing the complete RFP lifecycle. Drive strategic bidding initiatives and build a winning RFP engine that aligns with company revenue targets in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management with excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously, and expertise in RFP/proposal management. Experience with RFP management software and procurement data platforms required.
Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in RFP/proposal management, preferably within K-12 education sector. Proven ability to develop and lead teams with a track record of managing high-quality proposals from opportunity identification through submission.

Compensation: $120Kโ$145K/yr
