Role Snapshot

Part-time role supporting Penn State's training, evaluation, and community outreach initiatives. The position contributes to the university's land-grant mission of positive community impact across multiple campuses.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver training programs, conduct evaluations, and provide outreach support to advance Penn State's teaching and engagement mission. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and community partners to support educational and service initiatives.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with capacity to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Experience in program delivery, assessment, and community engagement preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in education, training, or community engagement. Demonstrated commitment to service and ability to support Penn State's core values of integrity, respect, and responsibility.
Location: In-Person - Penn State University Park
Compensation: $18–$28/hr (estimated)
