This position involves high-level design, development, and optimization of search systems that power global library discovery.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze, design, develop, and test software programs with focus on search technologies and translate business requirements into scalable code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead feature implementation across system modules, and champion innovation in search technology improvements.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Java, Scala, and Python with expertise in search technologies and large-scale search systems. Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools and NoSQL databases is preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred with a minimum of 4 years of software development experience. Strong understanding of search technologies and ability to work with complex global datasets and systems.
Location: Dublin
Compensation: $90K–$130K/yr
