Role Snapshot
Lead a team of engineers on Figma's Billing team to enhance payment workflows, subscription lifecycle management, and revenue automation for clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. This role is critical to Figma's growth and innovation across all product launches.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop engineering teams while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Design, Data, Marketing, Accounting, GTM) to execute a roadmap covering checkout, invoicing, customer lifecycle, pricing, metered billing, and subscription management. Establish accountability, build trust, and solve complex problems creatively across teams.
Skills & Tools: Strong engineering leadership, strategic and rigorous decision-making abilities, and experience collaborating in cross-functional environments. Product sense, elegant problem-solving, and ability to manage geographically distributed teams across time zones are valued.
Qualifications: 4+ years of experience hiring and leading engineering teams as a manager with strategic thinking about product and engineering roadmaps. Experience with billing, SaaS monetization, and/or payments infrastructure is required.
Location: United States
Compensation: $140K–$190K/yr
