Role Snapshot
Lead AI strategy and implementation across Cengage to drive organizational transformation and competitive advantage. Build and manage initiatives that enable AI adoption and integration across business units.
Key Responsibilities: Develop AI enablement strategies, oversee AI projects and initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI opportunities. Manage budgets, timelines, and ensure successful deployment of AI solutions across the organization.
Skills & Tools: Strong expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and emerging technologies with proven ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences. Excellent project management, strategic thinking, and leadership skills with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field with 10+ years of experience in technology leadership or AI/ML implementation. Demonstrated success leading digital transformation initiatives and managing large-scale technology projects in enterprise environments.
