Summary
The Inventory Cycle Counter conducts cycle counts and maintains inventory accuracy at hand2mind's Vernon Hills facility, ensuring 98% accuracy rates and supporting efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct scheduled cycle counts, maintain detailed inventory records, identify and report discrepancies within 24 hours, and collaborate with warehouse staff on storage, labeling, and inventory flow improvements.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 and MS Office (Word, Excel), hands-on inventory cycle counting experience, excellent communication abilities, and capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; prior inventory cycle counting experience needed. Bilingual Spanish capability is a plus, with flexibility to work weekends and meet physical job demands.
Location: Vernon Hills, Illinois, United States (Hybrid, on-site required)
Compensation: $21 – $22/hour
