Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or 1–3 years of relevant work experience such as internships, customer service, or campus leadership. Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Job Description Position Summary Momentive Software is seeking a motivated and curious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Atlanta team. This role is designed for recent college graduates or individuals new to the professional workforce who are excited to learn the foundations of sales, grow quickly, and make a meaningful impact. As a BDR, you will learn how to qualify inbound leads, prospect for new clients, and introduce Momentive Software’s solutions to nonprofit and association organizations. You’ll connect with potential customers, understand their needs, and schedule high‑quality meetings for our sales team. A Day in the Life Qualify inbound leads by responding quickly, asking thoughtful questions, and determining fit Prospect for new clients through outreach such as cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking Conduct research using tools like ZoomInfo to identify key contacts and understand target organizations Engage potential customers in friendly, consultative conversations to identify challenges and match them to Momentive Software solutions Schedule discovery calls or demos for the sales team Collaborate with your manager and teammates to learn best practices for outreach, messaging, and pipeline building Keep accurate notes and activity details in Salesforce Build confidence in understanding nonprofit and association industry needs and how our products support them What You Bring Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred OR 1–3 years of relevant work experience (internships, part‑time jobs, campus leadership, customer service, volunteer roles, etc.) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Clear, professional communication skills — written and verbal Interest in learning sales and building a long‑term career in a customer‑facing role Characteristics Curious and eager to learn new skills Proactive self‑starter with a positive, can‑do attitude Resilient when facing challenges or rejection Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities High attention to detail and good organizational habits Comfortable talking to new people and building relationships Team player who enjoys contributing to a supportive, collaborative environment Work Environment & Flexibility This role follows a hybrid work schedule based at our 3 Ravinia office in Atlanta (3 Ravinia Dr, Atlanta, GA 30346): Onsite: Tuesday–Thursday Remote: Monday & Friday This structure supports team collaboration, coaching, and hands‑on learning — all essential for early‑career success.
