Enterprise Sales Executive role at University Instructors focused on driving new business development in the K-12 education sector by prospecting and closing deals with school districts and state agencies. This is a high-impact position designed for a proven sales hunter to help address the national teacher shortage.
Key Responsibilities: Prospect and identify new district and agency opportunities, lead the full sales cycle from discovery through contract execution, and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals while building trusted relationships with senior-level education decision-makers. Develop go-to-market strategies, manage pipeline, and provide market feedback to inform product and pricing enhancements.
Skills & Tools: Strong sales acumen with ability to influence senior executives, expertise in proposal crafting and executive presentations, and proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce. Knowledge of public-sector procurement processes, complex deal negotiation, and consultative selling approach.
Qualifications: Several years of proven K-12 sales experience with a track record of closing large/million-dollar deals in high-growth environments and demonstrated ability to navigate complex decision-making cycles. Bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field preferred.
