Key Responsibilities: Analyze client business requirements, configure Manufacturing and SCM modules (work orders, BOMs, procurement, warehouse management), prepare functional design documents, conduct system testing (SIT/UAT), and provide post-implementation support and user training.
Skills & Tools: 3–6 years of ERP consulting experience with 2+ years hands-on Oracle NetSuite implementation expertise; strong understanding of Manufacturing and SCM processes, system configuration, and ERP implementation lifecycle; excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Management, or related field; 3–6 years of ERP consulting experience with demonstrated Manufacturing and SCM domain knowledge; Oracle NetSuite certification preferred.

Job Title: Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant – Manufacturing SCM
Experience Required 4–6 Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant with 3–6 years of experience in ERP implementation, specifically within Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management (SCM) domains. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client business requirements, configuring Oracle NetSuite solutions, preparing functional documentation, supporting implementations, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Project Implementation C Consulting
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.
- Conduct workshops and client meetings to understand current business processes.
- Prepare AS-IS and TO-BE process documents.
- Participate in project planning and execution activities.
- Assist in preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and obtaining stakeholder sign-offs.
- Configure Oracle NetSuite modules as per business requirements.
- Support end-to-end ERP implementation projects. Manufacturing C SCM Functional Activities
- Configure and support Manufacturing processes including:
- Work Orders
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Production Planning
- Inventory Management
- Configure and support SCM processes including:
- Procurement
- Purchasing
- Warehouse Management
- Supply Planning
- Demand Planning
- Order Management Testing C Support
- Prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify, analyze, and resolve functional issues.
- Provide post-implementation support and user training. Collaboration C Documentation
- Work closely with technical and development teams for customization
requirements.
- Prepare project documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within timelines and quality standards. Pre-Sales C Business Support
- Support pre-sales activities including demos, solution presentations, and proposal
preparation.
- Participate in requirement discussions with prospective clients.
- Contribute to solution design and effort estimation. Required Skills
- 3–6 years of ERP consulting experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite implementations.
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management processes.
- Experience in system configuration and setup within Oracle NetSuite.
- Knowledge of ERP implementation lifecycle.
- Ability to prepare business process documents and functional specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Commerce, Management, or related field.
- Oracle NetSuite certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in Oracle Manufacturing, SCM, or other ERP platforms will be preferred.
- Exposure project management methodologies and tools. Additional Requirements
- Willingness to learn and implement new technologies.
- Open to travel within India and internationally for project and business requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
