Oracle NetSuite Projects Module Consultant responsible for leading implementation and configuration of the NetSuite Projects/PSA module while providing business process consulting and post-implementation support to drive successful project accounting and management solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Lead NetSuite Projects module implementations, configure project management features (budgeting, billing, resource allocation, revenue recognition), design solution architecture, conduct UAT, and provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
Skills & Tools: Strong expertise in project accounting, NetSuite Projects configuration, resource planning, time & expense management, saved searches, reports, dashboards, SuiteFlow workflows, and data migration; combined with excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications: Strong understanding of project accounting and project lifecycle management with hands-on experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP/PSA systems.
Location: In-Person - Pune, India
Compensation: ₹800K–₹1.4M/yr (estimated)

Job Description

Role: Oracle NetSuite Projects Module Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration
  • Lead Oracle NetSuite Projects (Project Management/PSA) module implementations and enhancements.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Configure NetSuite Projects features including:
    • Project setup and management
    • Resource allocation and utilization
    • Time and expense management
    • Project budgeting and forecasting
    • Project billing and invoicing
    • Project profitability analysis
    • Revenue recognition support
    • Milestone and task management
  • Design and execute solution architecture aligned with business processes.
  • Configure workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs.

Business Process Consulting

  • Analyze current project management and project accounting processes.
  • Recommend best practices and process improvements using NetSuite capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, PMO, and executive stakeholders.

Testing & Deployment

  • Develop test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing(UAT).
  • Validate configurations and business processes before production deployment.
  • Support data migration, integration testing, and go-live activities.

  • Ensure successful transition to production environments.

Training & Support

  • Conduct end-user training and create training documentation.
  • Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support change management initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of project accounting and project lifecycle management.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
