Role Snapshot
Billing Solutions Consultant for RethinkBH's Integrated Billing system who serves as a subject matter expert supporting the sales team in demonstrating solutions and closing deals with ABA service providers. This role bridges technical revenue cycle management expertise with client-facing business development to drive sales support capacity.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct deep-dive demonstrations and discovery calls analyzing prospect billing challenges, create technical sales materials (ROI calculators, case studies, white papers), lead service-scoping processes for accurate pricing proposals, and represent the company at industry webinars and conferences. Act as knowledge bridge between sales and implementation teams while providing product expertise support via team communications.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include knowledge of behavioral health and ABA billing, ability to explain complex RCM concepts to non-financial stakeholders, deep expertise in CPT codes and compliance requirements, and high emotional intelligence for discussions with clinicians and practice owners.
Qualifications: Recent experience in behavioral health and ABA medical billing with proven consultative sales ability and mastery of top ABA platforms. Strong relationship management skills and knowledge of regulatory changes, payors, and competitive landscape.
Location: Pennsylvania
Compensation: $70K–$90K/yr
