Role Snapshot
The Broker Development Manager at RethinkFirst drives growth for RethinkCare by building relationships with health insurance brokers and generating qualified employer opportunities through outbound prospecting and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect health insurance brokers, build and maintain a broker pipeline, educate partners on RethinkCare's solutions, and generate qualified employer opportunities for the sales team. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations on broker enablement, campaign support, and pipeline tracking.
Skills & Tools: Strong relationship building, outbound prospecting, and pipeline generation abilities; CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred); excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
Qualifications: 3β6+ years of B2B sales, channel sales, broker development, or partnership experience, with health benefits or HR tech preferred; proven experience working with health insurance brokers or benefits consultants and demonstrating ability to build relationships and generate pipeline.
Location: United States
Compensation: $80Kβ$120K/yr
