Account Executive at SchooLinks responsible for driving new business growth in the college and career readiness education technology sector across assigned regions. This role is critical to expanding SchooLinks' market presence as the solution becomes the industry standard.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop account strategies to create new business opportunities, establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers (superintendents, CAOs, directors), and scope, negotiate, and close sales agreements to exceed revenue targets. Leverage Salesforce for accurate data management, utilize reference accounts for regional expansion, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, implementation, and marketing teams.
Skills & Tools: 2+ years of sales experience with proven ability to hit quota targets, strong consultative selling skills to identify customer pain points and strategize solutions, and proficiency with Salesforce. Must be a fast learner, team player, results-driven, and thrive in fast-paced startup environments while maintaining humility and learning from feedback.
Qualifications: 2+ years of sales experience required with a demonstrated track record of consistently hitting sales quotas and goals. No specific degree or certification is mentioned as a requirement.

Your Responsibilities will include...

  • Identify, develop and execute account strategy to develop new business opportunities across the assigned region
  • Establish access and maintain existing relationships with key decision makers (superintendents, CAOs, deputies, directors) and understand industry trend and issues
  • Identify customer pain points and problem solve and strategize using our solution
  • Scope, negotiate and close sales agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets
  • Capture, maintain accurate and relevant info using Salesforce
  • Leverage existing accounts as reference to expand regionally
  • Collaborate with peers across product, implementation, marketing teams to create visibility with target accounts and drive engagement of target prospects at the both individual and executive level
  • 2+ years of sales experience

A reasonable estimate of the on track earnings range for this position is $140,000 - $230,000 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; specific geographic location; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
