Summary
Lead AI platform initiatives at Figma as a Technical Program Manager, managing scalable systems, annotation pipelines, and cross-functional execution of AI-powered products. Drive cost optimization, vendor oversight, and quality assurance across Figma's AI infrastructure and services.
Key Responsibilities: Own programs supporting AI platform including annotation velocity, evaluation pipelines, and cost/capacity readiness; partner with Infrastructure and Finance on model scaling; lead internal AI Annotation Program with vendor management; support AIOps initiatives and coordinate launch execution of AI-powered features.
Skills & Tools: 4+ years of technical program management experience in AI platforms with understanding of model evaluation, annotation pipelines, and quota management; strong expertise in AI cost/capacity reviews, vendor oversight, and forecast planning; excellent communication and systems-thinking skills for managing complex technical programs.
Qualifications: 4+ years of technical program management experience in AI platform, AI research, or AI infrastructure with hands-on experience in cost/capacity planning and vendor oversight. Preferred experience includes AI vendor contracts, multi-cloud capacity planning, and AIOps background.
Location: United States
Compensation: $130K–$180K/yr
