Summary
The Director of Outreach Analytics leads a team providing data-driven insights to support WGU's Marketing, Enrollment, and Regional Operations, shaping the student recruitment and enrollment experience. This role ensures analytics infrastructure and strategic decision-making align with WGU's mission of expanding access to higher education.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive analytics strategies, oversee data science initiatives, manage analytics architecture, engage with stakeholders across Outreach teams, and foster team development and innovation to improve marketing performance and enrollment growth.
Skills & Tools: Requires expertise in marketing data analytics, strong business acumen, technical proficiency in analytics tools and BI platforms, excellent communication abilities, and project management expertise.
Qualifications: Preferred credentials include a Master's Degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of experience in data analytics with leadership experience, along with knowledge of relevant BI platforms.
Location: Hybrid in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States
Compensation: $163,200 – $293,800/year
