Role Snapshot

Enterprise Sales Executive role at University Instructors (UI) driving business development in K-12 instructional staffing and solutions across school districts and state agencies. The position focuses on identifying new opportunities, closing net-new accounts, and building trusted partnerships with senior education decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities: Prospect and identify new district and agency opportunities, lead end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation through contract execution, and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals. Develop relationships with key education decision-makers, partner on go-to-market strategies, and provide market feedback to inform product and pricing enhancements.
Skills & Tools: Proven K-12 sales experience with strong public-sector procurement knowledge, proposal crafting, executive presentation, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred). Must demonstrate ability to influence senior-level executives, navigate complex decision-making cycles, and close million-dollar deals with an entrepreneurial and consultative mindset.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field with several years of successful K-12 sales experience and demonstrated track record of exceeding quotas in high-growth environments. Preference for candidates with experience selling human capital solutions and established relationships with state and district-level decision makers.
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina
Compensation: $120K–$150K/yr
